What I collect, why, and how to take it back.

Navigate the Threshold is run by Alex Ndemezo as a sole individual, based in Rotterdam. I collect only the minimum data needed to send you what you asked for. I never sell your data. You can unsubscribe or delete your record at any time with a single email.

• Email address — when you sign up for the free Crossing Over guide or join the work-with-me waitlist.
• Name — only if you provide it via the waitlist or contact form.
• Message content — if you write to me via the contact form.
• Standard server logs — IP address, browser type, request timestamps. Retained for a short window for security and debugging.

I do not use advertising cookies or behavioural trackers. Third-party tools (Calendly, Mailchimp) may set their own cookies — only after you accept them via the consent banner.

• To send you the guide you requested, and the follow-up letters described on the sign-up page.
• To tell you when sessions open if you joined the waitlist.
• To reply to you if you contacted me directly.

Your email lives in my mailing-list provider (Mailchimp) and in my private records. Server infrastructure is provided by Vercel. Discovery-call scheduling is handled by Calendly. None of these processors use your data for their own marketing. I do not share, rent, or sell your data to anyone.

You can, at any time, ask me to:

• show you what I hold about you,
• correct it,
• delete it,
• stop processing it.

Every email from me includes a one-click unsubscribe link. For anything else, email eternaljoy.info@gmail.com and I will action your request within 30 days.

When this policy changes in a meaningful way, the “last updated” date at the top of this page will change. Material changes are also announced to anyone on the mailing list.
